Exhibition tour with co-curator Pathum Egodawatta

Join Mooniak co-founder, type designer, exhibition co-curator Pathum Egodawatta for the first curatorial tour of the new Akurugraphy exhibition at the Bawa Space. Pathum will discuss how global platforms have become sites of cultural negotiation, where decisions about the legibility of language carry deep consequences for who is seen, who is heard, and whose language endures.

Pathum specializes in type and typography of South Asian scripts with a focus on Sinhala and Tamil scripts, and multilingual communications. He has a Masters in Typeface Design from the University of Reading  and a Bachelors in Graphic Design from the Academy of Design (AOD).
