Join us for an evening with award-winning filmmaker, architect, and academic Dr Clara Kraft Isono, who will discuss her latest project, Garden as a Cloud, on view at the Bawa Space from August 2nd.

Building on her research and experience directing the film Bawa’s Garden (2022), Garden as a Cloud, is an immersive virtual experience that brings the Lunuganga garden to life. Dr. Isono will detail the process of transforming physical and geographic data into immersive experiences. The talk will also look at how we archive architecture and landscape and examine how this project explores new directions in conservation and expands how we document, preserve, and engage with heritage sites in the 21st century.
